Yalin Li

                                                              Director – Yalin Li

                                                              Yalin, a mechanical engineer with degrees in Environmental sciences,  has been 

                                                              involved in the prefab building industry since 2006 in China, he manufactured and 

                                                              exported the prefab buildings to Europe, North America and Australia.

                                                               Yalin set up the Prefab R&D Department in Shanghai in 2008 and cooperated with 

                                                              Canada Wood Association, Beijing New Building Material Group (BNBM Group) and 

                                                              other most top manufactures in National wide. Because of obtaining solid experience 

                                                              and extensive knowledge from this industry, Yalin has been pointed as director of 

                                                              China Integrated Building Committee in Australia and New Zealand since 2012.

                                                                                                                                                          Cleeve Skidmore

                                              Co-Founder – Cleeve Skidmore

                                                                 Cleeve grew up Central New South Wales and studied at St Michael’s Christian 

                                                                 college. He spent his youth, working with his father and grandfather in the farming, 

                                                                 construction and horse racing industries. He commenced his apprenticeship in the 

                                                                 Industry with J Dooner in Wagga Wagga and has continued to work in the 

                                                                 construction Industry for the last 50 years.

                                                                Cleeve has worked on infrastructure projects including the snowy Mountains

                                                                hydroelectric scheme, mine sites, high-rises, domestic and commercial projects 

                                                                and many Government projects including Kapooka Army base and Forest Hill.

                                                                 He has had many roles in all stages of Construction and holds current qualifications 

                                                                 and license’s including: Builders license New South Wales and Queensland, 

                                                                 Painting and decorating, tiling, asbestos class A supervisor’s license, Business 

                                                                 management and accounting. He also has extensive experience in Management and 

                                                                 estimating, planning and resourcing of staff.

                                                                 Cleeve has been involved in many clubs and associations including the liberal Party 

                                                                 Australia – holding the position of treasurer for several years in the local electorate. 

                                                                 Cleeve was formerly the chairman of the Sailing committee in Hollywell, Gold Coast and 

                                                                 a Member of the Gold Coast Sports Flying Club holding a pilot’s license.

                                                                                                                           Mantian Liu

                                               Co-Founder – Mantian Liu

                                                                  Mantian, a double engineer with a degree in architecture and aesthetics.

                                                                  Since 2009, he has been involved in the production and sale of container module housing in China.

                                                                 The module housing and supporting building materials are exported to South America, Canada, the 

                                                                 United States, Japan and other countries.

                                                                 Mantian in 2016 began to study the new modular building system, and with the end of 2017 to launch 

                                                                 their own patented works, 95% of the work is completed in the factory, successfully achieved rapid 

                                                                 assembly,  short delivery work.At the same time, he integrated and improved the latest technology in 

                                                                 the modular housing industry, gained mature experience in the process of work, and Yalin was appointed 

                                                                 director of the technical department.

                                               Canadian market –  J Francois

                                                                J F has lived and worked in Quebec, Canada for a lifetime and has 

                                                                a strong background in market development and overall management. 

                                                                 As soon as J F entered the labor force, she began her career, 

                                                                working on a variety of projects with many long-term construction professionals.

                                                                With a series of qualifications and rich practical experience, he can solve problems 

                                                                and think independently. His experience encompasses all aspects of administration, 

                                                                including account management, financial management, human resources, 

                                                                workplace health and safety and wages, contract administrators, evaluation, 

                                                                contact with high-profile customers and companies, and business management.
